General Policy

Due to the nature of our services (digital products and custom development), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction, and if you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss the issue.

When Refunds May Be Considered

  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe and are unable to provide a reasonable alternative or extension.
  • Major Defects: If the final product has major defects that we are unable to fix in a timely manner.
  • Non-compliance with Requirements: If the delivered service does not meet the key requirements agreed upon in the project scope.

When Refunds Are Not Provided

  • Refunds will not be provided for services that have been completed and delivered as per the project agreement.
  • No refunds for change of mind after the project has commenced.
  • Any work done on a project, including consultation and design, is non-refundable.
